Tony and Charles are the only people I trust with my computer. I've tried other shops, but have never been happy with the results. Charges are fair, timely, and they stand behind their work.

I've used this shop for parts for a few years now. They always are very helpful and don't seem to act like I don't have a clue and actually to listen to my "self diagnostics." I stopped by a week ago and discussed a power problem. Well, of all days, today it snowed and my computer wouldn't stay running for more than a few minutes. Since I needed to work from home, I called to see if they were open. No one answered but I left a message. I was called back around 11 and was informed that they were closing at noon because of the snow, but they would be happy to help me. I loaded up the computer and arrived at 11:45. They tested my power supply and found that it certainly was defective. No charge for the test and I was back up and running in no time as they had the part I needed in stock. There was no rush to get me out of there. They really are customer focused!
This is a convenient place to buy common replacement parts when there isn't enough time to wait for an online order. Their prices usually aren't the cheapest. However, it's worth the price premium when you need a replacement parts right away.
