Worst service I have ever experienced at any bank. Went in with my disabled mom (who is in a wheelchair) and they were not helpful at all. Her account was placed on hold repeatedly (for no reason!) because their security measures are ridiculous. Both times we went in and the staff was unwilling to help because we did not have an appointment. Even the manager was unhelpful and not knowledgeable whatsoever!
This place is a joke. You wait 5 min to get to teller just to be told i have to speak to someone else. Wait there and someone jump in the room and the officers didn't tell him to make appointment. I guess since I'm closing mine in not as important.

Wonderful of them to close the window at 4:01 in my face even though I got there at 3:45 and waited in line. Drive through experience is always speedy I'm never there longer than 20 minutes. Proud to be a premium client!
I had to get some paperwork notarized and everyone was so helpful. The manager and the notary were able to work me in between appointments since I didn't know I needed to make one and had just walked in. I also went another time to set up a household account and the person who helped me could not have been nicer.
