Service was great. Food was good. For not being very crowded it was noisy. Price is about what you would expect. Happy hour is from 4-6pm.

Great place! Even told us to check our meat and make sure it's how we wanted it, and it was as delicious!!

Foods great and so is the staff. I drive a semi and they had no problems with me parking there bobtail. Everyone was friendly to me and made sure if I needed anything.

Sat at the bar on a Wed night. First off, there was some old dude practically yelling (obviously too much to drink) accusing his buddy of sucking a @#$#>. There were women present and were very uncomfortable and distraught by the belligerent customer. The bar tender and manager just allowed him to run his mouth and several couples actually left. I being alone, ordered a side salad, 1/2 rack of ribs and fries. An hour later I got my food, only 1 beer and was met with the most horrible attitude from a service provider I have seen in a very long time. It was not crowded, yet the bar tender seemed to be overwhelmed and angry that I had sat down at her bar. I am not a difficult customer I assure you. I would even get my own beer if I were allowed behind the bar. But when I am put in a position where I feel bad for asking for things like, another beer, salt, ketchup, or a napkin, I do not want to be in an environment like that (it's grueling and stressful). The food was pretty darn good, but setting there feeling like I was a burden and being ignored by the server I could not get out of there quick enough. BTW - DO NOT ASK FOR A SIMPLE Martini, I watched her make 3 for the same customer and poured all 3 down the drain. Only James Bond takes a Martini shaken and not stirred....I'm an engineer and even I know that! People, processes, and product make up the recipe for success. Logan's, you have people that do not want to be there, you have no processes in place to turn over tables, but you do have pretty good products. 2 out of 3 "aint bad" but 1 out of 3 is a fail. I am excited to see what will come in that building once you guys run off your last customers. Hope its a roadhouse!!!

The absolute worst!!! Terrible service, over-cooked steaks and under-cooked lobster. I think we saw our server a grand total of 2 times. It was my son’s 13th birthday, hate that not only the food was awful but so was the service! Usually the food is at least good but not this time. I have never ever had good service here. This makes me sad because I worked for Logan’s in downtown Nashville for 5 years....what happened to you guys? You are capable of more!
