Friendly staff and fast service. Only drawback was that the vehicle reserved was not available. They provided another option but that was not as comfortable or fuel friendly as the original vehicle.
This group of folks here at the Lebanon Store are some of the easiest people to work with. I have always had fast service at this location.
MY first time ever renting a rental car The car was great.the people are liers I never got my deposit back AND I'm still waiting a month later..
I will NEVER use this place!!! Twice now I have attempted to deal with their extremely rude staff and twice now I have REFUSED to do business with them. They are *always* “understaffed” or “cars are not available”. Mr. Nathan needs to be fired!!! He knows absolutely NOTHING about customer service and is a poor representative of the alleged values of this company!! Good luck losers!!!
The employees here are fabulous!! My husband got in an accident and our insurance agent referred us to this Enterprise. They not only worked with us to find a car that would work for my super tall husband but then let us exchange it later in the day when we realized he was simply too tall for the model we chose! All with a smile on their face and a witty disposition! Highly recommend this location and kudos to Kerry and Farris for dealing with us!
