Less than a year ago, I started my journey at Aspen. I went to the Yulee, FL office who quotes me a 6,000 bill for temporary and then permanent dentures. After a consult with another dentist telling me that the temporary dentures are a waste of money and to wait for the gums to heal, low and behold, Yulee, FL Aspen drops the quote down to around $2800. I broke a tooth, go to the Gallatin office to get it fixed. The dentist cannot find the broken tooth and instead files a chip down on my front tooth and replaces a filling for around $160. I go back for a consult, there's my broken tooth. Dentures will not be a fit for me, but 3 crowns and a bridge is what I need. I wait for 1 1/2 hours for a quote, finally had to go back to work. They told me they'd call me. Nope, nada. 2 weeks I've waited for a call from the Gallatin Office. Nope. This Dental Facility and all Aspens are out for one thing. Money. Money to make the payment to have an Aspen Name. I go to a regular dentist who told me, a crown is viable for one tooth (not 3) and a bridge is my choice. Cost ? I got a quote and waiting to see what this Aspen will tell me. I can assure you that it'll be as high as they can make it. They are not patient oriented, but profit oriented. My advise - Go see a real dentist.
had a awesome experience the first time going now i have my entire family going ... my appointment was ontime prices were good and satistfied with my care plan .
I previously had some work done at Aspen and after many attempts at getting the work done right and many trips to the dentist (8), and the dentist getting mad at me like it was my fault, I finally gave up and used the money back guarantee. A couple of years later I went to the Gallatin location to see if maybe they could do the work because I really need it and was quoted exactly double what I had paid for the same thing before. I told them that price wouldn’t work for me and I was told not to worry, my insurance would likely pay for it and that they would submit it to berify and get back to me, now they won’t take or return my calls. I guess if you use the money back guarantee, when they couldn’t get the job done right, you get banished forever. “Great” customer service Aspen!
I just want to say thank you very much Dr. Turner&Sha, I was really nervous an they played some music for me to help calm my nerves and they treated me great! So if anyone who needs dental work done, they are definitely the best to go see, so if y'all see this---thank you Dr.Turner an Sha ya'll are great!!!!
Cheap is not always good and good is not always cheap.
I went in for a simple tooth extraction. I chose Aspen because their advertised price was lower than most. I met with the billing coordinator, discussed total cost, which included the upgrade for a surgical extraction. Left to get get cash. Returned and met a 2nd time to discuss total charges. Paid, had the procedure and left. Received a bill for an additional $51.40. I contacted their office and had to leave a message. I was never contacted. Instead, I was sent a bill again and now it has been turned over to collections. Remember when I paid IN ADVANCE the TOTAL bill before my procedure. I have sent in correspondence and still have not been contacted or the extra charge removed.
