Very well designed website, easy to use. Ordered a starter pack and 30ml bottle of ejuice. I didn't realize the nicotine strength was more suitable to high performance vapes rather than juul type devices. Instead of just sending me the product, they called me the very next morning and asked me personally if it was a mistake. Of course, it was and they swapped the 5mg bottle for a 45mg bottle before shipping my order. Rather than just sending the order that would have been a disappointment, they took the time to fix MY mistake. There's above and beyond in customer service, and then there's these guys. I know where I'll be taking my business from now on.
