I ordered daffodils to be delivered to a relative. As an international online customer, the checkout process was fine but on delivery the tulips, not the daffodils as ordered, were left on a porch as no one was home. As a result, the flowers were left in the sun and had wilted and yellowed on the leaves by the time people came home. I am very disappointed there was no phone call to make sure someone was home to receive the flowers. I am also dismayed at the lack of email address for international customers to easily contact the florist. I would not recommend this florist to anyone placing orders online. Very disappointed.
I came in last minute just before closing time and without hesitation they made a arrangement that was according to my wife "the most beautiful flowers i have ever got her". Customer service was A+ and i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed! I order a fresh flower Christmas tree from 800-Flowers for my mother who lives in Gallatin TN. The tree that was delivered did not even resemble the tree that was ordered. I cantacted the store manager and I explained that I wasn't satisfied with the flower tree that was delivered. Instead of her asking what she could do to make it better, she lectured me for ordering through 800-flowers. She asked me how much I spent and I informed her $100 plus shipping...She proceeded to tell me that it was my mistake to order with them and that she only made $64.00 from my order. She then told me that there's nothing she could do and if I had a problem to take it up with 800-flowers. Then she actually hung up on me. I was very appauld! About 20 minutes she called me back and apologized. She said that she spoke with her daughter who finished the tree and her daughter agreed that is really didn't look that good. She felt the need to owe me an apology...while blaming it on her daughter. While I accepted her apology, it doesn't take it away. She attempted to correct it by picking it up and trying to fix it. Unfortunately, it really didn't come close to the picture and didn't look much like a tree. After it was redelivered, no one reached out to me to ask if it satisfied things. Terrible PRODUCT, PROCESS and PEOPLE! So disappointing. $125 thrown away...
UPDATE,..when I complainedd s a customer she VERY rudelt told me to let her finish , when I requested a refund, SHE HUNG UP,..NEVER USE THIS FLORIST!!!
Said they attempted to deliver twice although my mother was home for one attempt, We are active duty service members abroad and ordered the flowers one month in advance. SPECIFIC instructions were given to leave flowers at residence if no one was home, contacted my mother , still no delivery, the day after mother's day, now 5 days after mother's day...still no flowers. NEVER USE THIS FLORIST
