Be advised, customer service above par is limited to specific personnel. First hand experience with an elderly blonde saleswoman in the living room area began with no greeting at door and met with convenient excuses of not having information that was "handled across the street". Reluctance to exercise customer accommodation by use of simple communication devices such as a telephone displays laziness, ignorance and lack of pride for self and the represented establishment. Recommend only working with Louise as she has displayed service accommodation above and beyond to which resulted in a sale of two large pieces. We were looking to furnish 3000sft. (with cash) to replace that which has served us many deployments. At this time we are hesitant and will refrain from action as the company has only represented well with one person and not all, making it a 50% positive review, which is not a passing metric.
