I contacted the contractor David Finch at Sumner Floor and Remodeling about a year and a half ago and set up everything to have my bathroom remodeled. He said I was on the books but couldn’t give me a specific date, said it would be about a month. This non existent date kept getting pushed back every month until I never heard from him again. Thankfully he did not have any of my money. It has been OVER A YEAR since I have heard or spoken to him and suddenly I come home to workers to waiting in my driveway to take measurements, without even contacting me. He did not call to see if I still wanted to do business, if I had it done by someone else, or even if I would be home to send people to my house. I am flabbergasted. This is no way to do business. I assume business is slow and NOW he finally wants to do my bathroom because he has nothing better on the books. Don’t waste your time going here you will be waiting forever to get nothing done.
