I have been with Craig Hayes State Farm for many years too long to remember I have all our vehicles and home insured. In that time I we have had to file few claims like my kitchen catching fire, storm damages, etc. and I can't begin to tell you how wonderful the team at Craig Hayes State Farm was. I received immediate call backs, follow ups on our claims asking how things were doing if repairs were being made timely and each and every time was told "if you have any problems give me a call back and we'll take care of it", after repairs I'd always get a call asking me if all was good. the team at Craig Hayes has always been helpful with questions I needed and if I didn't understand they'd explain it in a way I did. They never made me feel rushed and always made me feel I was #1. As I mentioned above I have been with Craig Hayes State Farm for many years and I plan on staying for many more!!
I do not think I could say enough good things about Craig Hayes at State Farm Insurance. His staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating to my needs. Anytime I have needed to make a change in my policy (such as if I have moved or something) they are very prompt in making the change. They are very professional as well. I have had Craig Hayes as my agent with State Farm for the past 20 years+ and after all this time, I feel that Craig is not just my Insurance agent, he is a great friend!
