I honestly had the worst experience with this cleaning company. Very unprofessional & poor quality of machines they used. The machines left black marks on my carpet in my den & it will not come out. Now it will have to be replaced. I am currently putting my house on the market & that is the reason I called a carpet cleaning company. The main lady (Couldn't remember her name) was always on the phone texting, looking at the internet, not really helping at all. The main guy, James was very nice though, that's the only good part in this whole experience. Sorry, I will never use this company again.
