It is smaller than a Pet Smart, but carried a good selection of food and has a groomer.
Horrible experience. Store Manager is rude and not polite. Customer service is terrible as we were trying to return an item and we have the receipt the store manager was trying to scam us over the money on the item. I think she needs to go back to middle school and learn her math classes because she doesn't know how to add or subtract. We will never shop here ever again. I wish I could have given this store 0 stars they deserve it. BEWARE where you shop people!!!!
Great customer service 5stars right but products are 15 to 20$ expensive compared to other places.
Employees go out of their way to help find not so common items. Great selection of quality toys and treats. If you are looking for cheap food, this is NOT your place. Petsense carries mostly top of the line...and therefore expensive high quality foods. I will not feed my dogs junk, or made in China, so this is my choice of places to go. Junk, cheap brands-Walmart or wherever you find them.
