I have been shopping here for a few months because we moved to Gallatin, TN. I always shop on Sunday mornings. I haven't written this post until now because I kept hoping it would get better. But since I have decided to start going to Kroger, I needed to make this post. Every Sunday, I encounter the same problems. Spoiled produce, wilted lettuce in bags, and meat that is expired or about to expire. The final straw was when I bought some bad watermelon and moldy cheese this past Sunday. I have a toddler and cannot chance her getting food poison. I understand that fresh items may not come in until Monday but this is ridiculous! There is absolutely NO excuse to leave rotten produce and moldy items out for people to purchase. I will take my business down the street to a grocery store that actually cares about their business.
I love my local Publix. Customer service is a 10/10. The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. The beat out all our grocery stores when it comes to making tasty healthy meals quick.
I've been in and out of this store almost daily for years, so I shop a lot here. I've never been disappointed. Staff couldn't be nicer, the store is kept super clean. Everything is fresh - never had to take anything back.
