When I called to inquire about flights to a mission trip to Brazil she was very rude and said she could not help me with flights. Said that she only does cruises well to my understanding travel agents are supposed to help you travel. Very rude and will not be calling back. I never use a travel agent but in this case I have to and I'm on a deadline to make things happen and i was shut down immediately. Didn't even redirect me with someone who could help me.
