This dealership offers a lot of options for whatever you're looking for when shopping for a vehicle. Daniel Cutrell, or Danny Cutrell, was the salesperson that specifically helped me during my transaction. He was just great. At no point did it feel like he was pushing a sale on me and he was very accommodating and helpful with everything. He knew so much about the cars I inquired about and made the entire experience wonderful.
I now live in the Atlanta area, and I’ve tried several dealers down here for sales and service and they are all beyond terrible. All of the Georgia dealers only see people as dollar signs and treat them with no respect, either for them as people or their time. I’ve had two different ones tell me I need new tires after I had just bought new ones. I have family in Tennessee still, and I try to plan my trips back around when I need my car serviced (crazy, I know, but it’s worth it). I visit Newton every time I need something. That says a lot when you drive from out of state to give them your business!!

Newton is the best customer service of any dealership I’ve ever set foot in. Hands down. Mitch in service is so good to my wife and I, and the service times are quick. They don’t overcharge or try to upsell extra services every time I go in, which is nice. Wes in sales gave me the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Almost two years later, we still feel like we got the best car for us at the best deal.
Sometimes you don’t know how good you have it until you try another dealer. Suffice it to say I miss this dealership since I moved to Georgia.
