Went first for a mammogram, then for a biopsy, incredible experience. Friendly, professional, genuinely caring of my comfort and understanding of my procedures. Never felt rushed, was encouraged to ask questions. All answers were explained thoroughly. Dr., Nurses, and technicians, treated me like I was their only patient. Not my first mammogram, or biopsy, but definitely the only place I ever want to go again. Can't say enough about the quality of care show me.
I
Stopped by to get lab work done at time indicated on their posted time sheet. Technician comes thru door from the waiting area and proceeds to tell me she is on lunch and I'd just have to wait. Very very rude mannered attitude and I have done nothing wrong , only to get blood drawn. I come here often for physical therapy and they are always pleasant and friendly. She needs attitude adjustment!!!!
I called back after for an a separate question and decided to mentioned my frustration to the receptionist regarding their policy. I said I really didn't want to make a big fuss, but, despite my reluctance, she said she really wanted me to talk to the manager. I was told at 12:50 that he would call by 3:00. It is 3:36 now, and I haven't heard anything, so I decided to write this review. I haven't written a review in years, but this was pretty upsetting.
I did not have a good OB ultrasound experience at the diagnostic center. The screen was turned away from me, so I couldn't watch the ultrasound. When I asked if she could even see my baby (8w2d), I was told the "techs cannot read ultrasounds and only report measurements to the radiologist who is trained to read them". This is obviously untrue and insulting to be told that the tech doesn't know whether my baby is present. I would have understood if she couldn't give the opinion of a viable pregnancy, but a visual or measurement is a number, not an opinion. She wouldn't tell me anything, so I have to wait 24 hrs to find out if my pregnancy is viable.
Waiting time is long but staff is wonderful. So much better than Sumner Regional medical Center!
Fantastic facility. Wonderfully polite and hospitable staff. Dr. Chaffin is the best doctor I've ever had, and he's an even better man!
Given the array of ultrasound options in the Nashville area, I would not recommend the facility (though clean and nice) to any of my pregnant friends, as I'm sure they would want to be able to see their baby during the scan and would want to know basic information like whether there is a heartbeat, CRL (baby measurement), etc.
