I am a disabled veteran and got a new job in Gallatin, TN. I planned on staying in a hotel for a few weeks or months until I could find an apartment I the area. I am prescribed an emotional support dog through my psychiatrist. The dog is well behaved and remains in a kennel whenever I am at work. I have stayed in numerous hotels across the country with my partner and have never had an issue before.
So I took my money elsewhere. Other hotels are more then welcome to have a resident for the next few months. It was inconvenient because I had been driving several hours and it was well past midnight.
Beds are comfortable, rooms are sleek with hidden fridge. Water pressure is AWESOME.
Somewhere between me making the reservation and then receiving it the reservation dates got mixed up. I was not able to stay here due to the mix-up. Call and confirm any online reservations you make and you should be fine. Seems like an okay place but all I got to see was the Lobby.
However, this hotel would not allow my emotional support dog. They would not listen when I tried to explain the law and my rights.
They kept trying to ask for a certificate. When I informed them that there is no registry for service animals, they didn't quite understand the laws and did not listen to me.
The rooms were clean and smelled nice. We could not get on the wifi. The desk clerk told us directions but it wasn't able to work. We always got connected but no service available was the message.
Rooms are shockingly nice for the price. Great furniture. No breakfast but room and wi-fi pretty good. Traffic noise can get loud in the evening and....... I saw a cockroach so that was unnerving but I honestly believe he crept in when i left front door open.
