DO NOT USE STEVEN RUSSELL OR RELIANT REALTY
I was looking at a home on Zillow and called Steven Russell because he was one of the contacts. What a MISTAKE that was!! My husband and I own our home in Bossier City, LA and we are looking to relocate upon his retirement by end of year 2016. I talked to Mr Steven Russell several times before my drive to the Nashville area and he appeared to want to help me locate a home in a suburb of Nashville. I drove over 600 miles to meet with him on September 21, 2016 at his office on Hunt Club Blvd., then we could move forward to look at 5 homes of 14 that were on my list. However, Mr Russell told me to meet him at the 1st home on my list. I'm on I-40 E driving 70 mph and not familiar with the area and Steven Russell, my real real estate agent tells me to meet him somewhere else becsuse it is better for HIM and HE is busy. I proceeded on to the Gallatin area, got lost and Steven Russell calls me and asks, "how's it going."
I was lost in TN.
Before choosing a real estate agent, we met with five different agents in order to select the best one that would fit our needs. Eagerness to meet our needs, attentive listening, and clear communication skills were very important to us, and Jimmy excelled at all three. He took us out to see homes even though he knew we hadn't selected an agent yet and we hadn't even selected an area yet. He gave us great tips on what to look for in a home, and what to watch out for. He never pressured us into making a decision, and never hesitated to support us. Phone, text, and email communications were crystal clear. When we were ready to buy, going with him was an easy decision to make, even though we had received some other strong recommendation from friends.
We will be recommending Jimmy everyone we know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy.
