Worst Chic-Fil-A in middle TN. Never fresh; fries always cold; chicken always cold; cheese never melted on a hot piece of chicken bc the chicken is cold/old. Sad that you keep the stereotype of Hendersonville caring a ton more than Gallatin in all the ways it matters to customers. The Hendersonville store is almost a mile more travel than your location for me and I wish I would have gone there like we usually do. How do you mess up Chic-Fil-A?! And notice I am not anonymous. Dole out some more hours and stop skimping on freshness folks. $40 of cold Chic-Fil-A, never again.
Even though it was busy the service was fast. The food was good and hot too.
It's chikfila. The drive thru is always packed but they manage it better than any other fast food place out there. Inside is quick and friendly. The food is consistent, and my kids love eating here.
Usually fairly good about quick and hot food being served in a timely manner but DO NOT TRY TO ORDER LUNCH ITEMS EVEN 1 MINUTE BEFORE 11AM Because you WON'T GET LUNCH ITEMS UNTIL WELL AFTER 11AM
Love there food , always clean , great customer service , indoor playground for the kids, the fastest drive through I ever seen , was seriously surprised to find that they vegetarian options and their prices are very reasonable per meal they also do catering .
