I think the Cracker Barrel should be kept for breakfast only.
I didn't see anything else at my table that looked really that good either
Every time I go to Cracker Barrel I have breakfast breakfast at Cracker Barrel is pretty good.
We had the best, most polite server at this location vs other cracker barrels. The server seemed geunily concerned with our service and meals. The food was consistent with what expected from cracker barrel. We received our drinks and food quickly despite being a party of ten at dinner time. It was around 5:00. The staff in the store were also friendly.
The last time I visited, it was a pretty poor experience. The manager rectified the situation, and he was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. Usually the entire experience is delightful. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious.
I ordered a pan of carrots to-go on Friday at the Gallatin Cracker Barrel for a work potluck in Nashville. I didn’t receive my “to-go” bag until an hour after the scheduled pick up time. Also, offered nothing to make it right. When I get to Nashville and open the bag, I have pancakes and 3 individual side orders of hashbrown casserole! Called and spoke with Manager Dayrell. He wanted to make it right this time. Offered a refund back to my card but didn’t know how to do it. Said he would call when he figured it out... Never received a call or a refund. 2 days later, I received a voicemail with an apology and instructions to call on Tuesday to “make it right” again... Why would I even want to call back when they didn’t fix anything or “make it right” the first THREE chances they had...
I got the turkey and dressing. While it was good the dressing portion was very small. Also rhe biscuits were just barely warm.
This Time I had dinner and I don't recommend it. I ordered the fried fish and dumplings and a side salad. The fish was soggy the very small cup of dumplings was practically all liquid just a few little pieces of dumplings in it and the side salad was very very small.
