The older blond lady insisted that I had no contacts on my SIM card and trashed it without checking or listening to me that I was positive that's where I had backed them up. Now I've lost all of my network contacts and my family's numbers. Also am aware to back up to Google instead of the SIM card to avoid this in the future. The people here are friendly but I suggest using any other store except this one after I went back and she tried to tell me I changed phones because the SIM card as bad and not because I had a busted up screen. Debating changing service providers 100% because of her trashing my SIM card.
