First vehicle I've bought from a dealer in 30 years. Ron made sure I had options that met my wants and needs, and to ensure that I was comfortable with my decision. Jon Malone was so nice and very knowledgeable about each vehicle I looked at and drove. He was never pushy, gave honest answers to my questions, and personally looked over each vehicle I looked at. While test-driving, I really liked the fact that Jon guided me to take a route over different types of road and speeds, so I could really see the difference in how the vehicles handled. Everyone else I encountered there, was friendly, and you can just tell they enjoy what they do. All in all a great experience!!

We purchased a brand new vehicle for our daughter first car, a 2017 Yaris. The car is self and purchasing the car was an excellent transaction. With a new vehicle purchase you are suppose to get free maintenance for the first 2 years or 24,000 miles. The service department is extremely unprofessional and horrendous to do business with. The first oil change they told us that the technician change her oil, even gave us an invoice and put an oil change sticker on her window. Upon checking if they actually did the oil change they did not so we had to bring the car back.I wait another 30 minutes for them to do the oil change again and just happen that Mr. Hibbard was in the waiting room that evening and we spoke about what occured. She driving it for a couple of months. My husband wants to teach his daughter about checking her fluids, he checks the oil to find out they over filled her oil by 2 quarts. She drove 3000 miles on a brand new engine with over filled oil from Toyota service. Bring the car back to Toyota have them correct the oil level. Call Friday to make an appointment for our daughter 10,000 mile oil change, they told us they can do it a 2:00 pm and it will be ready at 2:30pm. We drop the car off on Friday evening. Get a phone call Saturday morning, your car is not ready for an oil change, my husband tells the Service writer, yes it is, the maintenance light is on and your oil sticker states 10,000 miles. Go at 2:30 to pick it up car, the car was not even touched. Ask why they didn't call us? The Service writer states because we didn't. I ask how much longer he responds I don't know we have been running behind all day, I said an oil change takes 20 minutes, he looked me in the face and told me you are wrong and you don't know how long it takes. I said yes I do I have been running my own Automotive Repair company for 20 years, he said I don't care what you do you are still wrong and then my husband got upset, due to how they were talking and cutting me off. I will never recommend Ron Hibbard. Wished Google had an option so I could show all the invoices of there messes up on a simple oil change service. Buyer beware and follow up to make sure you are actually getting the Service you are paying for. We have given them 3 opportunities before I left this review. We tried to do business with them. If the owner Mr. Hibbard would like to contact me, I would love to sit down and bring all the paper work and discussed the way I spoke to and treated this past Saturday.

We knew what we wanted and were given the requested out the door price. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and the Internet Sales Manager Marcus Sibley was a first class guy. Our sale was handled by Chris Schorsch after being greeted by Marcus. Everything about our experience reminds me of why I like a family owned dealership experience. Five stars all the way!

These guys were incredible, they played with my kids when they started being bored and offered them pizza. I would not go anywhere else to get my vehicles! Chris was outstanding and didn't make us feel like a cash cow. When we inquired on the website Kelsey was quick with a response and so friendly!

Very low pressure. The salesman, Jason Hargrove was very patient with us. He seemed genuinely concerned that we were satisfied with the car that we were going to buy. We spent at least 2 hours deciding on the one that we wanted to test drive and he never once made us feel pressured to make a decision. During the test drive Jason took the time to show us every option and explain how to use them. Best experience ever, buying a car.
