When they come and properly fix my client's roof (in which they were paid in full to do so) that is when I will remove this post. My client was done wrong and we are going to protect him.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially for REO property preservation or remodeling. Anderson Hill Consulting, LLC was paid to install a new roof on our property. Not only was the roof installed incorrectly, but they ignored all of our calls by refusing to come out and fix it. The install job caused leaking and ultimately we were unable to resell the home because of the roof's condition. If you want a company that's extremely unprofessional, happily takes your money, does a half-assed job, and then takes absolutely no responsibility when your ceilings start caving in, call these guys.
