The best part of the experience, besides the very professional and helpful office staff, was the two guys that game out to install the unit. Robert and Jason arrived in timely fashion, called ahead to let us know when they would be arriving. They did a highly professional job, efficient, quiet, answered all our questions, and cleaned up so well you could not tell they had even been there. Of course there is evidence. The Trane unit is running like a charm and we are highly satisfied. They also came out the same day we called. We are so happy we found this excellent, five star company! Value and fair pricing. I know this review may be late but I wanted to test out my new unit. My home has never seen or had central heat and air. It's was built in the 1830s and I was very hesitant at first at putting anything in the home because I wanted to keep it as original as possible, but then I got pregnant and knew I had to get heat and air for my baby. I chose Derryberry heat and air not only because of the pricing but because of the customer service. They made me feel like family not just another customer. So then I knew they would definitely take care and respect my old home. They fixed me up in a flash! They really made sure before they left that I was completely satisfied and happy with their work. Not going to us anyone else but them because I know what I paid for, a wonderful unit and an awesome heat and air family. Thank you guys!

Called DerryBerry to do some regular mantinence on my unit on Monday and I can honestly say it’s the best I’ve ever been treated by any company. Not only did they come out same day but the service technician was so friendly and informative I felt very comfortable. The cleaning was done within the hour and it looked amazing!! My A/C has never worked this good!! I’m almost excited to use my heat in the coming weeks! Thank you DerryBerry for your fair prices and amazing staff! This company came to my house and I asked for an opinion/inspection as to how water might be getting into my crawlspace from the outside unit. The worker went into my crawlspace and cut out several feet of my duct work without any permission to do so. He also opened the outside unit. He did not ask me ahead of time to perform any changes to my system. I had just paid $3,000.00 dollars to have all of my duct work installed brand new and the system totally updated. Now the system does not work right and they tried to charge me. I contacted the owner and he never offered to return my unit to the original condition. I told him if I was going to have any changes done I would have had the guy I just paid $3,000.00 to make any changes. Ever since their worker came out my system does not cool properly. I am certain they tampered with the system just to get more money out of me for future services. Beware of this company they do not operate honestly.
