Goodall Homes have extremely poor customer.
we noticed. For 4 months after, we continued to notice building mistakes that should have been corrected prior to move-in. We were promised things in our home that were to be included in our price, but upon completion, were not in the home. I went round and round with management regarding these issues to no avail. Ended up spending over $1,000 of our own money to have master bedroom trey ceiling put up and we never got the ceiling fan placed in our sun-room as promised. It has been one issue this year from non-working irrigation system breaking down with sod and bushes dying. The HALO reality management over this subdivision does not care what is going on. We need another replacement of management that does. Tired of excuse after excuse of why things are breaking down and not being fixed in a timely fashion. My word of advice is, DO NOT waste your hard earned money purchasing within this neighborhood. If we had known a year ago, what we know now, we would be living elsewhere!!
Goodall Homes raised HOA fee for my subdivision that is not even completed yet (Settler Ridge, White House TN).
Goodall Homes uses cheap contractors.
Great experience. Responsive to any issues and such an easy process during construction. I would happily recommend. Many fully custombuilders fall short of Goodall homes quality.

The Dyer's
Moved into our newly built Goodall home in the Millstone subdivision in April 2016. From day one at our walk-thru, there were multiple issues
Only buy from them if your planning on running your air conditioning internal temperature setting to within 3 degrees of the dew point. If you have any moisture condensation issues then it's your fault. I am software quality assurance engineer. That like me selling a software program but u can only run everyday once u determine what the outside temperature is going to be and u can only run 5 degrees less than that because I built a quality software. Really ????
Very Pool Quality:
Decent home builders but lacking in finished details. Good experience overall building with Goodall - not a great experience but not terrible. A lot of defects in our new home which still haven't been fixed. Need to spend more time making sure the house is completed and cleaned as promised. Door installed backwards, trim left off in several places, paint splatters on all appliances and fixtures. Not happy with the move-in quality, but overall well built structurally.
**I don’t know if the Sidewalk is on my drive way, or my driveway is on the sidewalk. The driveways are very small. A truck or a full size car cannot fit in.
Extremely disappointed with Goodall Homes and will never use or refer them to anyone. I closed on my home on 9/22 at Settler Ridge; White House TN. Goodall left so much mass and unfinished work. Still trying to get Goodall finish the unfinished work.
