Good a bit cold, and had been out a long while. No towels in men's room. Floors could use a sweep and mop.
As usual no chicken legs on the bar and the soft drink machine needed service
If I could give only a partial star, I would. This location doesn't even deserve one whole star. We are fairly new to the area and have been to this KFC three times. Each time the service has been bad. Tonight was our last visit. It took upwards of 20 minutes to get our food for carry out and they forgot our biscuits. I guess you have to be dating one of the high school employees in order to get decent service.
Always fresh food, staff is very friendly. Usually never a line, if there is it's never a long wait. I like to use the coupons for a free Go cup.
Went through the drive thru. Lady taking our order was very helpful and patient to help answer all my questions. The line was long but we were through the line in ten minutes.
