Dr kellouge is wonderful doctor most compassionate doctor but I will never go back DUE TO THE RUDENESS of his nurse. And PA Brock lost 2 patients 1st post was removed regarding today's events, said nothing about the events of today that was not true. Why was first post removed.....
Dr. Micheal Kellogg is a good doctor but the staff is another thing. I have been trying since July 2017 to have ALL my records transfered to my new doctor out of state to no avail. I have sent 4 signed forms for ALL my records and to this day (Nov. 30 2017) they have not been sent. No excuse for this collosal screw up and it reflects badly on him.
