I've been a patient of Dr. Botsko for 2 years now. He's a very friendly, caring and knowledgeable doctor. His new location in Gallatin is nice and his staff is very friendly and helpful.
Our family has been seeing Dr. Botsko for almost 9 years. He is the best doctor you will ever work with. He really cares and has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever met. Our family is blessed to have him.
Great staff, amazing providers (the best I've seen) however the clinic manager (not the doctor) is horrible, unprofessional, and out right rude. The only thing she is concerned with is money and sees patients as numbers on a spread sheet. The referral lady is also impulsive and dispicipliable. As for the nurses, MAs, and providers they are fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone.
