Racist and refuse to help children with geneic disorders. They’d rather just have the children die.
Love it! Everyone is so nice. They really make you and your child feel valued and important. I love Dr. Collins. I felt like she really listened to me as a parent.
HORRIBLE!!!! I have never been treated so poorly or made to feel like such a bad mother. The nurse was extremely rude and accused my 3 year old of not knowing her shapes and then hassled me because I choose to have an alternative vaccination schedule. She threatened me that I would no longer be welcome. Then the doctor himself proceeded to tell me that I must find another practice because of the vaccination issue. Then on the way out, the billing lady decided to correct the "manners" of my child when she asked for her lollipop! DO NOT GO HERE, especially if you are a naturally minded, think for yourself kind of parent!
This place is absolutely amazing, nothing but amazing people. Everyone is so kind and friendly! My 9 year old son is autistic and legally blind and we just had one of the best visits ever. Normally office visits for my son requires holding him down, but this doctor took the time with him and made it fun! The doctors here care, and it truly shows!
I love Dr. Murray and Kastner, they are FANTASTIC with my child, but the billing office is HORRIBLE!!! My jobs previous insurance drop my child without notice and i received a huge bill because of it. I have been paying when able, and I call to set up a 1 year CPE, and the woman (i won't put names) said they will not see her unless half or all is paid off, for ANY kind of visit, (sick, physical, etc). The office i work for does not refuse care no matter what the balance, as long as they are able to pay a little we will see them, etc. I am very upset with how the billing office conducts themselves, and this was NOT the first time I've had an issue with billing...
