This is a great DMV to transact business in. The people are nice and the service is fast. My wife renewed her license. There were a lot of people waiting in line but we were out in about 30 minutes.
Renewed my License and was in and out in 20 mins. I’m from Nashville and Came to this location. The ones back home will have you wait 1:30 on a good day. My brother waited 3 hrs when he went in for a knowledge test. I recommend this location.
I live in Nashville, but made the drive to Gallatin hoping to avoid the general chaos and long lines and wait times typical of my local branch. Even though there were about 15 people ahead of me in line when I arrived, I was in and out in 30 minutes (replacing my out-of-state driver's license). Of course, they have the benefit of being outside of Nashville metro and thus see less traffic, they were very efficient and courteous nonetheless. Ms. Carter assisted me and was a real gem.
I'll drive out of Nashville to go to this one. Usually I'm in and out within 15 to 30 mins tops. In Nashville the dmv's there are a different story. Expect to be there for at least one hour...
This place is the best! I live over an hour away but it was well worth it. I came to get my licence, passed, then I was able to do my driving test right after...super!!!,didn't even have to reschedule for driving test like other place!!!!
