Bad business- but they can, since there are no other options for electric service.
Never had an issue. Got my deposit back on a commercial building inside of 30 days. Fantastic staff!
I would give ZERO stars if I could. I wish there were options for ulitity service but Gallatin is stuck with them! Learn from my mistake and don't put your name on the application if you aren't the sole breadwinner of the family. Oh and if you wanted to make any adjustment to the application or cancel it all together it won't happen! I'm like really?! The service hasn't even started for our new home. Worst part of the home buying experience thus far. They will screw you will a deposit.. Nashville electric never did that, and customer service was unhelpful to say the least. I'm pretty sure they all enjoy saying "No" and "We can't do that".
Won't return your deposit even if you pay reliably. If you move from one Gallatin address to another they will still not return your deposit. "we keep it until you end service with us." Horrible service.
Too many things over the past 16 months of service to describe. Would rate zero if possible, completely unsatisfactory
