Every time I visit this location the clerks seem so unhappy and put out. As I stand in line I hear customer after customer talked down to by these unhappy little campers. Their responses are short and rude. You would think when the clerks office hired these people for customer service they would take into consideration their personalities. Reminder: you work for the state and it's our tax dollars paying your salaries. Try and smile a little Penny. Happiness always makes you feel better. Merry Christmas!!
I've only been here for car registration. Can't attest to the other services but the fact that they have a dedicated drive-thru for vehicle registrations is awesome. I never had to wait and it takes about 5 minutes. No other county clerk I have ever experienced is as fast as they are!
Nice, central location with easy access. Most of the staff are glad to help.
Lol everyone got to go there if they live in summer but they do wk a fast as they can and try to answer all your questions
I had to call to get info on a case and the "supervisor" I spoke to was extremely rude. It was close to closing but she didn't want to help me with any info what so ever. They need better service. Just bc you work for the clerks office in no way gives you the right to be rude to people.
