I journey started off great, but for the past three weeks, I have called and left messages with all four extension I have and no one will answer my call. I have yet to receive any call back and several, several messages on their phone. Part of my disability is getting out of the house, I have extreme fear of leaving or being in a car. So for me to just jump in the car and show up there would take a lot for me. Very unprofessional of them to not return weeks of phone calls.
I went to correct my sons name and get replacement cards. Unfortunately the name was still messed up but the guy was nice and tried to fix it.
Go here but plan for 2hrs so you don't get frustrated.
Terrible i have been tryong to gey social sec they make appt dont tell you make appoinment to come in and you wait its on the telephone but they need to see credentials mustake after mistake rude and dont care
I had 15 people in front of me and waited 30 minutes. Bring all papers because they want to make sure its you or your kid. Bring birth certificate, ID, passport, utility bills and even a medical bill. They will definitely turn you away if you don't have the papers or know your SSN.

My daughter was scheduled for a phone appointment ??? But no one called now 2 appointments down then to SSI office then to medical doctor? If they say it's a phone appointment it should be a a phone appointment.
