I'm going to report this to head office of Jet's pizza to see how they react about this problem.
I called them but they were keep making excuses, didn't even apologized !!! I am so mad , I'll never use them again! Bad management!
I had over 50 people waiting for lunch, but had nothing!
They are horrible.
They charged on my credit but forgot to deliver pizza!!!
We had my son's birthday party and I went to the store and placed an order.
We order from here all the time and today I order, pay $45 and didn't get what I ordered. They are bringing back some stuff, but we've already waited an hour, didn't get everything we ordered, then after I call about what I didn't get, I notice the pizza isn't even right. All it takes is 1 bad experience. We will never order from here again. Now we also have to wait for who knows how long for them to bring back the stuff we didn't get. Not sure it's even worth my time to call again because the pizza wasn't done right either. Lesson learned
Crappy service, ordered online and said one hour till delivery and it was almost 20 minutes later then the one hour. Then the delivery guy forgot my soda, dipping sauces, and the cheese and peppers I ordered. He then says he will be right back and 45 minutes later I have to call the place and the manager does not seam to be bothered that his delivery guy forgot all about me and called me bubb about 7 times. He sends the delivery guy back out with the soda and peppers but still no dipping sauces for my wings or pizza. I did get two free "4 corner" pizza coupons but it doesn't make up for the nearly room temp pizza and wings I got plus the terrible service and I don't eat deep dish pizza. Once warmed up the pizza was acually good but I would do pick up instead of delivery of you want to try this place.
Where to start... First of all, we stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and were not acknowledged by the staff. I called the store from inside the store and stayed on hold for 4-5 minutes. Finally one of the workers answered and I told him we had been standing in line for almost 15 minutes at this point and would like to order. While waiting for our order, the manager came over to our table and asked if she could speak with me. She walked us outside and asked if I had called the store multiple times and then was rude to the staff? I told her I called once and simply told them we had been waiting and not even been acknowledged. She said that I had hurt the workers feelings. She never acknowledged or apologized for our wait. In addition, one of the workers seemed to be very upset about being busy because he was throwing things in the prep area. We were told 15 minutes on our order, but it was 40 minutes. We were in the store for an hour. I understand being busy and getting behind, but basic customer service says to at least acknowledge your customer and own the issues, not make excuses for the staff. We witnessed other customers who ordered after us get their orders sooner and they were comped with soda and/or sauces to make up for it. Even a simple "sorry for your wait" would've been appreciated, but that wasn't even stated. At least the pizza was decent, but we do not plan to go back.
The pizza is good but make sure you take it home to enjoy it. The dining room is dark and dirty. The floors, tables and chairs are sticky and dirty. We moved to two different tables and had to clean them both. We were even sticking to the chairs. We were tormented by knats and flys while trying to eat and saw dead roaches by the drink machine. Extremely disappointed in this restaurant.
