I will not be returning to this location any time soon. First of all they were extremely rude and the fact that the manager did nothing at all. Secondly making a pizza is not that difficult so why a majority of the toppings were cooked under everything is beyond my understanding. I remember back in elementary school my teacher showing us how to divide a circle into eighths, so why is that so difficult for this store?
It's Friday night, so, of course it's busy. Took twenty mins longer than the 50 minute wait time. No garlic sauce. Barely any toppings. Barely warm. The Cookeville PJs is way better.
Pizza was delivered cold, over an hour after it should have been delivered. Called the store the woman working laughed at us and said we got what we paid for. Then proceeded to get angry at us for being upset and only offered a credit to the store. Worst service I have ever seen at a Papa Johns. If I ever order from a Papa Johns again it wont be this one.
EVERYTIME I order a cheese pizza from here it is burnt. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE
Seriously, cant stay on hold 15 mins when I'm trying to prepare to order for 40 folks. We'll have bologna and crackers I guess, aint nobody got time for eternal hold. Gotta answer the phone if ya wanna do business... love to support local businesses/chains, but ya gotta step it up friends. Maybe we can try ya again another time.
