LOVE JJ Food! Unfortunately, my experience today and last week were not the best. Had to bag my own order both times, giving the order was difficult b/c the clerk seemed bumfuzzled, had to ask for my cups to get my drinks and the lady at the end of the line seemed put out when I asked for a bag, so I could bag my own lunch.
Love the sandwiches, topped high with what ever you order,regular white sub bread or wheat bread or lettuce roll and a veggie sandwich,all delicious. I usually order delivery and the order taker (as they say on the ticket ) is so very courteous andso are the delivery men and women and very friendly.
2nd bad review and it seems as though things are getting worse at this store. This trip let out part of my order, lettuce wrap (The Vito) has mayo instead of the vinaigrette “YUCK!” And no receipts given to me. I absolutely adore JJ but this location is having a rough patch this year!
Great place to eat. Limited choice of toppings compared to Subway, but the quality is way better.
At one time service was great. It seems service has gone down. We would order for delivery a party tray about once a month. The last two times I have called in the girl answering the phone seemed put out when I asked for a party tray. One time they told me they needed a day notice for a party tray. When I questioned it, because was never the case before when I ordered, they agreed to make it. Today I called in and when I ordered the party tray I could tell (the same girl) was bothered by it and instead of telling me they couldn't make it they told me they no longer deliver to my address. This may be true but one this is true, given the poor phone manners, I will no longer use nor recommend Jimmy Johns of Gallatin.
