Good place to get a bite to take home
Wish they had a negative star rating. I ordered online, when the pizza came it was cold as well as wrong. I called and they sent another one. This time it was hot but still wrong. They tried to replace it but at this point I was tired of arguing with the manager. The crew has little knowledge of the menu. I have been loyal to Pizza hut nation wide and by far this is the worse location ever. As long as I am in this area, I will never order from here.
AVOID! Go to any other restaurant! Despite having a bad experience last time we came to this pizza hut, i came back. This time my pizza had folded over itself when they boxed it up yet it was still sent out. It wasnt well done as requested either. I ordered at 7 and its now 7:40 and i am still waiting on the remake with another customer who had a messed up order. We both saw 2 other customers come in with botched orders to complain while waiting. I work 3rd shift (and 1st) and this is seriously cutting into the 6 hours a day i have when i am not at work or commuting. I am pissed. Never again.
We've ordered carryout out from this location a couple times per month for the past 2 years. Pizza is always ready in expected amount of time (usually 15-20min) and tastes great. I've never had any issues.
The manager, Jessica, is very rude! The kitchen is never clean, the dishes aren't washed throughly, employees don't wash their hands, and when food is dropped on the ground it's still used! Not a good place to eat.
