I would like to start off by saying how wonderful and helpful Markus G. was today. My 3 year old son and I were driving home when my serpentine belt snapped. I stopped here at the Gallatin auto zone and he quickly jumped to action and put my belt on for me! I have worked in customer service since for the past 12 years of my life and know how hard it is to come by good customer service. I felt he went above and beyond his call of duty and believe he should be recognized for it. I hope his manager and auto zone know how lucky they are to have him, he has made me a forever customer of auto zone and I will be sure to recommend Markus and auto zone to anyone and everyone!
