Went to have my tires rotated but here it comes you need a set of tires because the track on the front ones are less than 2" so I'm a female and the question I asked how much are you talking about it and can I get the same ones I got last time so the guys was not willing to be nice and gave me the price which was fair to me but when I told him I needed to call my husband first he gave me the look and said OK so I said can I come tomorrow??? Can't I schedule an appointment oh well he said no we are booked so he throw one of his hand to the air and said if you want I can take you as a walking??? Oh yeah nope and I walked away..... guess what you want my business and this is the way you are talking to me???? Horrible it can't get any better than that when I complained to the manager and the manager said this guy and I are very good friends outside work and he is very nice maybe it was a missed communication really???! So you don't believe the customer? Ok not coming back anymore better to go to another location bye. Practice what you preach discount tire and treat your customers fairly.
They jacked up my lug nuts and studs. I found out when I went in to get my brakes done. I will.never let them touch my car again. They don't know what they are doing. They can't even fix their screwup. I will only take my baby to places that have real mechanics who know know how to treat her right. Free flat repair ended up costing me. You get what you pay for. Buyer beware!
Went to this place last second and chris was a big help. Had a trip the next day but had two nails in my tire. Needed to replace both rear tires and he made sure it was done that day. They went above what was necessary to get tires from another store and on my car. Dropped the car off and 4 hours later everything was fixed. Great and friendly service.
I am officially a customer for life. I have bought sets of tires from them. But today had a flat tire and wasn't sure if could be plugged. Went by there and they patched it and put it back on my truck for me and put the spare back up. And PATCHED IT FOR FREE!!! NOTHING FREE ANYMORE.!! THESE GUYS ARE SUPER NICE. THANK YOU.
The absolute very best tire store on the planet! Been buying tires for 30 years and never seen anything like this place in my life! Trevor is the best! Came back to put a set on my hunting truck and again Kendall and Trevor we're top notch professionals and I can't ever imagine buying a set of tires anywhere else. Give these guys a raise they are the best!!!!!
