Friendly staff, some more knowledgeable than others, but helpful none the less. Been here a few times now and have not been disappointed. Appreciate their timeliness and for not being in "up sell" mode or pushing unnecessary services.
This Firestone has some of the most trustworthy people I've ever encountered in an automotive store. My tires were put on and balanced perfectly the alignment was done extremely well in the steering wheel is now straight
Very friendly fast service. Informed me of options and did not push anything I did not want. Got a set of tires installed and an alignment. They did a great job and corrected a bad alignment from another shop. Truck rides great.
Friendly but kindof expensive. Upsales are frequent
The service they did to the car was good. However, my car is less than a year old and you would thing, listening to them, that it was on its last leg. They obviously get incentives for selling extra services. I'll just stick to going to the dealership.
