The receptionists are friendly. They get me to my doctor or nurse in no time. DR. Kellogg and his staff are tremendous. Dr. Kellogg is the friendliest, most competant doctor I have ever had. He knows my wife and I personally and gives a personal touch. He is sensitive and encouraging as well as thorough. He is much, much more than just our PCP. His chief assistant and chief nurse exhibit the same qualities.
I'm not really one to write reviews, but I felt like I needed to do this one. For years I had such a phobia of going to the doctor, but then I found Dr Lisa Kellogg. Her and her staff are so easy to talk to and put you at ease., and it's not an act they really do get to know and care you. She never is rushed and takes her time putting you first..The waiting room and offices are very clean as well. So yes I give her 5 stars.
I absolutely adore Dr. Allen. To be completely honest, I can admit, I am NOT the easiest patient for any Doctor to have to deal with! I know I don't always take the greatest care of myself as I should... I don't always follow my Doctors advice and probably don't see him as often as I should. With that being said, Dr. Allen always takes his time to find out exactly what is going on with my health and addresses all of my questions and concerns during my visits. I never feel rushed or like a "number". I would highly recommend Dr. Allen. The only reason for the lower number of "stars" is simply due to the long wait times for scheduled appointments. As I've said earlier, you never feel rushed and time is truly taken to address all of your issues, but because of this fact, I think it causes a sometimes long delay when seeing the Doctor for your scheduled appointment(s). So if you are looking for a Doctor with an emphasis on personal care, then this is the place for you. But just be aware, to receive that extra special care, you need to realize, you may have to wait to be seen. But when it is your turn... You will have the Doctor's undivided attention as the patients did before you! Just exercise a little patience and you will not be disappointed in the great quality of care you will receive!

I highly recommend Dr. Lisa Kellogg! She is always extremely professional, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am thankful to have a PCP that sincerely cares about her patients. The medical staff is also wonderful. Thank you all for providing outstanding medical services!
The Tristar Medical Group Gallatin is an outstanding practice. I have been receiving excellent care for 3 years we have been in the area. My husband and I both have primary care physicians at Tristar. Both Dr. Allen and Dr. Lisa Kellogg have provided superior care. I would recommend this practice without reservation.
